In-Cab Screen Advertising in London
Passenger screens, on our own network.
Digital out-of-home (DOOH) screens fitted inside the taxi, on a network we control — already running in NYC, and rolling out across London next. Register now to hear first.
Static becomes dynamic.
Digital out-of-home (DOOH) is a different kind of format from a printed wrap — content that can change, without reprinting anything.
Our own in-taxi network
Live in NYCScreens run on infrastructure we control end to end — not a third-party ad network we're reselling space on.
Content that can change
Live in NYCUpdate creative without reprinting a panel — useful for time-sensitive offers or multi-phase campaigns.
Same GPS verification
Rolling out in LondonIn London, screens will run on the same GPS-verified model as every other format we sell — fixed or capped pricing, reported by zone.
Live in NYC, rolling out in London.
We'd rather tell you exactly where this is than oversell it.
Status
Screens are live and running campaigns in NYC today. London rollout is underway — we're not taking London bookings for this format until it's actually live here.
What you can do now
Register your interest and we'll reach out the moment screens are ready to book in London — no commitment required.
In the meantime
Full wraps, supersides and tip-seats are live today on the same fleet, with the same GPS verification.
A captive audience, not a passing glance.
Every other format we sell is seen from outside the cab, for a few seconds, in traffic. A screen inside is a fundamentally different attention window — the passenger is seated, facing it, for the length of the ride.
The whole journey, not a moment of it
A wrap gets a glance. A screen has the passenger's attention for as long as the trip lasts, with no competing content in the frame.
During the ride, at payment, or both
Running during the trip buys volume. Running at the payment screen buys attention, because the passenger is already looking at it. Our NYC network sells both, and London will work the same way.
Change the creative, not the vehicle
A printed panel is fixed once it is fitted. A screen can carry a different message next week, which suits time-sensitive offers and multi-phase campaigns.
Screens are live and selling in New York today. The points above describe the format as it works there; London specifics are confirmed when the London network goes live.
What you'll need, and what we won't run.
Worth knowing in advance if you're planning around a London launch. These are the specs and standards our NYC network runs on today.
Creative specs
- Images — JPEG, PNG or WebP, between 1280×720 and 1920×1080, auto-cropped to 16:9.
- Video — MP4 (H.264 video, AAC audio), 6 to 60 seconds, between 1280×720 and 1920×1080, 16:9.
- Review — every campaign is checked against our content guidelines before it goes live. If something needs changing you can amend and resubmit at no extra cost.
What we won't run
A screen inside a cab is a confined space with a captive passenger, including passengers who did not choose to see your ad. We hold the content standard higher than a roadside poster for that reason.
- Sexual, violent, political or discriminatory content.
- Tobacco, alcohol, gambling, junk food or unproven health products.
- Anything that hasn't cleared review — no exceptions, including for existing advertisers.
